Service Level Agreement

This Service Level Agreement (“Agreement” or “SLA”) outlines the terms, service standards, responsibilities, and expectations between LocalSEOZilla.com (“we,” “our,” “us”) and the client (“you,” “your”).

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms described in this SLA.


Scope of Services

LocalSEOZilla.com provides Local SEO services including but not limited to:

  • Local SEO Optimization
  • Business Listing Setup & Management
  • Keyword Research & Mapping
  • On-Page SEO Improvements
  • Reputation Management
  • Analytics & Performance Reporting
  • Ongoing Local SEO enhancements

Specific deliverables depend on the selected plan.


Service Engagement Duration

SEO is a long-term process. Therefore:

  • Minimum engagement period: 3 months
  • Recommended engagement period: 6 months or more
  • Early termination does not qualify for refunds or credits

Services are delivered continuously throughout the active subscription period.


Onboarding & Service Activation

  • Service activation begins within 24–72 business hours after payment
  • Onboarding requires:
    • Business details
    • Website access (if applicable)
    • Listing credentials
  • Delays in onboarding due to client-side issues may affect timelines

Performance Expectations

LocalSEOZilla.com commits to:

  • Using ethical, white-hat SEO practices
  • Implementing proven Local SEO strategies
  • Working toward improved local visibility and rankings

However, clients acknowledge that:

  • SEO results are not guaranteed
  • Rankings, traffic, and leads depend on multiple external factors
  • Search engines control indexing and ranking outcomes

Communication & Support Levels

We provide the following support channels:

  • 📧 Email support
  • 💬 Live chat support
  • 📊 Periodic performance reports

Response times may vary depending on request volume and plan level. Priority support may be available on select plans.


Reporting & Updates

  • Performance reports are shared as per the selected plan
  • Reports may include:
    • Keyword performance
    • Listing status
    • Traffic insights
    • Optimization updates

Reporting frequency is not daily unless explicitly stated in the plan.


Revisions Policy

  • Unlimited revisions are provided within the scope of the purchased plan
  • Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional charges
  • Revisions do not include new services not listed in the plan

Client Responsibilities

To maintain service quality, clients must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Grant necessary access on time
  • Respond promptly to requests
  • Avoid conflicting SEO activities without disclosure

Failure to meet responsibilities may affect performance outcomes.


Third-Party Dependencies

Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as:

  • Google Business Profile
  • Online directories
  • Analytics tools

We are not responsible for delays, changes, penalties, or limitations caused by third-party services.


Service Limitations

LocalSEOZilla.com does not provide:

  • Guaranteed rankings or results
  • Immediate SEO outcomes
  • Legal, financial, or business guarantees

SEO timelines and success vary by industry and competition.


Payment & Billing Terms

  • All payments are made in advance
  • Services renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle
  • No refunds are provided due to the digital nature of services

Termination of Agreement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Terms of this SLA are violated
  • Payment obligations are not met
  • Fraud, abuse, or misuse is detected

Clients may cancel future billing before the next cycle.


Confidentiality

All client data and access credentials are handled confidentially and used solely for service delivery.


Modifications to SLA

LocalSEOZilla.com may update this SLA at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated terms.


Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
